Kevin Gary on the other hand had a less convincing paragraph because of the type of writing that he was giving. Kevin decided to use and give his ideas to people by using a less professional level to get his point through. In his writing he included many little parts which had some way of sarcasm in it. the sarcasm brings the reader to think differently and may make them not want to keep reading.
“ If you're among the small handful of students who have stellar SAT scores and parents with several hundred thousand dollars to spend, you should seriously consider going to an elite college or university.
They're nice places to hang out for four years and you'll probably learn a few things. Even if you don't, you'll still get a piece of paper signifying that you were smart enough to get in and rich enough to pay for it. People care about stuff like that.” That's unfortunate. While there's little difference among elite colleges in the grand scheme of things - Princeton, Brown, tomato, tomahto - it's a real problem when students enroll in colleges that do a poor job of teaching them and helping them graduate, as many do.
–Kevin Gary
There is no necessity for Kevin to give his point without any specific citing. Kevin did not include concrete numbers and he was not very persuasive.
